This gonzo journalist came to RON to do a story about the zombie. He sports a loud hawaiian shirt and speaks while waving his arms about spastically. He is American, and apparantly knows Mika from before she came to RON.
He bears a striking resemblance to Hunter S. Thompson, but that's probably a coincidence.
Doc has been known to go to rather violent extremes to get what he wants. He set the City Hall reception desk on fire because the receptionist wouldn't let him in. (Kittens and Cacti)
